According to the company, this type of direct access allowed to increase up to 10 times the online sales conversion rates of retailers, to increase the average order size 50% and reduce return rates by 40%.
The Salesfloor app was only available for large national retailers until the company decided to try the solution with small businesses late 2017. The strong Demand drove Salesfloor to launch an application specifically designed for small businesses in 2018. Being able to communicate with customers in an app once they leave the store allows businesses to make personalized offers and respond to inquiries instantly.
